This is one of the best companies i have dealt with in a long time. Generally with large purchases like this i like to buy local, because so many things can appear one way online and show up not the same. I started talking to Wheel Wiz way back in December about tires I wanted to buy for my car. I dealt mostly with the online chat customer service who was one, great and two, my chat history stayed up so they knew who i was and what i was talking about every time over the course of 5 months. It was like i had talked to them yesterday and it was the same person every time.....not sure if it was but it felt like it. Finally came time to order my tires last month and they went over the top in professionalism and just good customer service. I ordered my tires around 10am on a Tuesday my tires arrived next day Wednesday during the day and left exactly where i requested the delivery of them be. Tires are great (Firestone Indy 500's). I've recommened Wheel Wiz to EVERYONE I know, trust me i was very worried about online ordering and not actually seeing the product before hand but they are a top notch company with old school thinking where the customer comes first, which doesn't happen very often anymore. What company does a follow up to see how the product is a couple weeks after? This company does!
