We do our best to offer free and quick shipping Canada wide, with certain conditions applying to remote/rural locations and oversized items on orders of 4 or more alloy wheels. Shipping prices on tires are calculated at checkout, with the best possible rate for your location.

1. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.
2. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
3. Shipments may be delivered during business hours and may require a signature.
4. Shipments may be sent in multiple packages with multiple tracking numbers.
5. US ORDERS: Customer is responsible for any customs, duties, brokerage fees and taxes.
6. Certain conditions apply to remote locations.
7. Customer is responsible for any return postage costs.
8. Wheelwiz is not responsible for customer typos or carrier delays.
9. We cannot ship to a PO box.
10. We reserve the right to cancel your order at no charge if it has not yet been shipped.
11. Pickup orders must be made by the credit card holder, with photo government-issued ID.
